Finally, I have aquired an awesome studio space! My spirit was almost crushed by continual letdowns and lots of money for nothing. However, I perservered and I think this will be a good one. Stats:

Private studio avec character.
400 sq ft, 12 ft ceilings, 2 windows, wood floors w/ 10 other studios on the floor.
Communal kitchen, shower, washer/dryer, internet. Built out all crazy.
No lease at all. Nice people. Starting Feb. 1st. Only a couple of blocks away.

Now….I have to make stuff for ya’ll to come by and criticize (in a productive fashion).
