Signed a new lease today in the heart of hipster-ville, aka bedford L stop in Williamsburg, aka where P-squared already lives. Floor through, with b/w tiled kitchen, crazy polish landlord, and EXCLUSIVE ROOF ACCESS (via scary ladder thing, but with Manhattan views) Yay!
