ROi all the way!

I just found out that my firm, weisz + yoes, was selected to redesign Southpoint. We’re on a team with some other firms, but I believe that we’re specifically in charge of all of the architecture for the site.
Patrick, Missy and I may not have won the ENYA Competition, but hopefully at least some of the work will be translated into a realized project.

Woo!

For the interview we hired a photographer to go up in a helicopter and take pictures of the island. I can’t upload to the blog yet…but you can see a photo montage I started working on here:

Hey Cheryl that youtube video is all privatized, i think that’s why no one has commented. Don’t get down on yourself, we do care.

I meant to sign up for youtube so I could try to see it. Then after waiting for youtube to load for 15 minutes (because somehow our cable internet here at work is about the same as dial-up) I gave up and forgot to try at home.

is it still all privatized?

The video should work now. If it doesn’t, perhaps you should let me know.

oh, and I think that there’s going to be an article on me in e-Oculus (the online AIA newsleter…yeah, like people read that). Something about how I participated in the competition and now I’m actually working on the project. I think its pretty exciting.
