What the hell happens in Chelsea?

On the job front: I may take an internship at a chelsea gallery ( www.perryrubenstein.com ). Yes, it’s unpaid. Perhaps to become paid. But the gallery is super fancy and has three locations in chelsea: a project space, and emerging artist space, and a more art historical, post-war space. I have already had an interview and am going tomorrow for some sort of test day. Hopefully it will be fun.

Walking Again

Hey all you bike riding Williamsburgers. If you have a lock that you haven’t registered for the warranty, I’d recommend doing so if you still can. Last night I discovered that it’s very possible for someone to chop a kryptonite lock right in half.

They were kind enough to leave the lock, including the broken link where my bike was. :(

ROi all the way!

I just found out that my firm, weisz + yoes, was selected to redesign Southpoint. We’re on a team with some other firms, but I believe that we’re specifically in charge of all of the architecture for the site.
Patrick, Missy and I may not have won the ENYA Competition, but hopefully at least some of the work will be translated into a realized project.

Woo!

INORNAMENT?

I’ve been wandering around wondering what it is I’m supposed to be wondering about regarding inornamentation.

San Francisco, CA.

Come along with Patrick as he explores the great city of San Francisco.

PACK YOUR BAGS!

Enjoy.

Jeff gets ripped off by Apple

iTunes 7 has a capacity bar that is EXACTLY the same as progress bars designed for Nike+. It’d be ok if the design was good, but it’s not, sorry.

CHECK IT

Nikestore.com

Brand New.

Jeff worked on it the last few weeks tweaking little things here and there, refining some nav elements, etc. Jeff did not do ANY of the ugly splash pages.

The “faceted” nav on the left is the craziest part. (if you can figure it out)

Emergency Studio?

We are in fact emergent with a sence of urgency.

It’s John’s Birthday Today!

ooo, yeah; ooo,ooo; ooo,ooo; yeah!

John, your monosyllable name doesn’t quite work as well for the birthday song I made up for my sister when I was 6….

It’s Audrey’s Birthday Today!

ooo, yeah;

ooo, ooo;

ooo, ooo, yeah!

Happy Birthday!
